Vagi Karoho and Sinaka Arua who were scouted from the Cricket PNG Talent ID Camp have joined the squad along with Vagi Boko.A man of few words, Garamuts coach, John Ovia said he is quietly confident ahead of the World Cup Qualifier that will run from October the 14th to 23rd.“Despite the disappointment of not automatically qualifying for the World Cup earlier in the year, I am very confident that this group of boys will qualify for the World Cup through this qualifying tournament.“It is going to be a tough task facing some very strong teams from around the world, but saying that, I am confident that if we play to our best that we will qualify for our eighth ICC Under 19 World Cup.“The boys have been training very hard over the past couple of months in preparation for this tournament,” said Ovia.Five countries will be taking part in the world cup qualifier- PNG, Nepal, Uganda, USA and Ireland.The winner will qualify for the 2016 U19 World Cup in Bangladesh.The Garamuts will fly to Singapore tomorrow.The squad: Lou Toua, Vagi Guba, Ovia Boge, Arua Gau, Sere Sam, Doura Iruna, Gavera, Sinaka Harry Arua, Vagi Boko Kora, Nou Mavara Ako Toua, Jack Dairi, Vagi Karoho, Lohia Guba, Harry Gavera, Vagi Miria John.last_img
